Jan was very thorough and pointed out areas of concern that other companies didn't note. Explained the different options available to us and what they entailed and what parts would be needed for each area.
Brandon and his crew did a great job, explaining the steps they were doing along the way. At the end of the day he would give a detailed review of all items.
Excellent job of cleaning up each day, maybe picked up one or two small items that could easily be missed.

What made you choose our company:
Salesperson was very thorough with the inspection and addressed a couple of items that we felt might be an issue. Checking the state of the existing joists was a big factor for giving us a level of comfort that we did not have with the competition. Install crew was quick and move faster than expected. When a small mistake occurred with a measure and cut of a joist, instead of trying to cover it up and just install it and hope that it would be "just enough", the crew foreman profusely apologized, explained the situation, and arranged to get a new joist installed as quickly as possible.
