While no one wants to guarantee total repairs with foundation work, the owner stands behind his company and addressed some of my concerns about the expected results during the installation. He came onsite to discuss. I really appreciated that level of customer service.

Outstanding company representation. Thorough inspection prior to making quote. I felt he really understood what was need to repair my home.
I tried calling the lead for the work crew the day prior to the work beginning to review the plan and touch base. He was not able to return my calls. The original work plan was changed without my knowledge and design was not completed as what I expected. All staff were pleasant and worked efficiently.
Initial contact with sales and presentation. Evaluation of work plan was thorough and time was allotted for questions and follow up. No pressure just the facts. The changes in the floors and foundation were shown with the instruments the depth of change that had occurred with my foundation.
