Comment: We have a ranch style home that's built up 9 feet. Under the main house is our garage and a partially cement "room." It's not a crawl space. Part of that area is not cement but dirt. We have water creeping in from surrounding marsh and humidity from our HVAC systems, so there is a musty smell. We want to have the room taken care to eliminate as much water as possible and relieve the musty smell. Is this something you work on; and if you need pictures, I can send them in advance. Thanks!

Comment: When it rains water runs off the parking lot next door to my wall and then leaks through the block wall into the rooms. I have installed a French drain , sealed inside and outside and it still leaks
