Comment: We have a 2,500 sq. ft home with an encapsulated crawl space and a 5 year old SantaFe Dehumidifier (provided by Environmental Service Solutions). We are currently reading between 60-70% on our dehumidifier monitor that still works. The unit is blowing air but has a coolant problem. They said we are unable to repair and to send it back to Santa Fe is same. The new one is quoted at just under 2k. We are looking for a different option. We have suspended our service from them while we figure out what to do.

Comment: Our pool pump room is below ground. Traditionally we use "off the shelf" sump pumps (i.e. whatever can be purchased at Lowe's), but I'd like to look into a more reliable and robust system.
