I am responsible for overseeing each job to completion. Each leader takes responsibility for assembling appropriate tools and equipment, assigning tasks to installers, and moving the job toward completion to ensure efficiency and quality. I am also responsible for keeping the customer up-to-date and ensuring satisfaction with each job.I enjoy following and taking part in each job’s progress and seeing the before and after. In my free time, I spend time with my family of three, watch WWE, attend church, and run a homestead.
