Allen was super helpful in analyzing the issue and kept us inforrmed of the issues. He tried a new fan. He also tried a new board, but the unit rusted over. Said unit should have been installed with a tilt so that water could not get to the components. It was not. It was installed level which is not recommended for craw spaces that are not encapsuleated. He was great to work with and even prepared Roger on the issues and installation of the replacement unit.
What made you choose our company:
Had the unit installed. Had to have Jesus come back and correct the installation which included relation of the sump pump and the sani-dry drain. He also finished installing drain tubing to carry water to the sump pump. The original installation did not have the sump pump in the lowest location, left water to flow around on the ground and the same with sani-dry drain. He said he could not believe who engineered the job and why things were installed this way. It was not up to Frontier's standards. I really appreciate the changes made by Jesus. However this set the stage for the sani-dry failure just after the warranty expired.
