Starting with the 1st mailing from the office to the sales engineer who came to the house and did the initial inspection and sale and then the delivery and install, everything was done very professionally and thorough.
Rachael is the person I have spoken with several times and she is very thorough and has followed through on all requests that I have made.
The initial appointment was not fulfilled due the sales person being delayed, but he did call and re-schedule. Finally when he came, he was very thorough and did a great job presenting all of the details of the proposal.
Alex did a good job with his crew and was here when he said he would be and finished on time. He also took the time to show and demonstrate all aspects of the system installed. Alex did tell me he would give me some manuals for the sump pump and dehumidifier, but forgot to do that. I did get them in the mail later after calling and talking with Rachael.
Alex's crew did a thorough job of cleaning up all materials and waste before departing at job conclusion.

I was familiar with your services when I lived in the Abby Lynn Condo development as several residents there used frontier's services. My next door neighbor had some radon gas abatement system installed and he, Mr. Bob Nell was very satisfied. I am also impressed that the work crew will be back to make some additional sealing adjustments to the vinyl system initially installed before Thanksgiving, after the office personnel reviewed the digital photos that Alex took after the completion of the job in November, 2016. I appreciate the quest and desire to complete the job properly and of a high quality.
