What made you choose our company:

I feel that you have a superior product when compared to competitors. Approximately one year ago, I had a crawl space encapsulation and dehumidifier installed. Within one week after installaton, the tape that seals the floor liner to the wall liner became disconnected from the wall liner around most of the perimeter of the crawl space. I called your office and setup a service visit to correct the issue. The tape was pushed back into its original place but the tape became loose again over a majority of the perimeter after a short time. I pushed the tape back in place approximately once every two months. Recently, Logan came to my home for an annual inspection/service call. I explained to him my concerns. Logan inspected the crawl space and repaired the areas where there were issues with the tape becoming loose. Logan is an excellent representative of your company. He is very personal, professional, knowledgeable, and a hard worker. The world would be a better place if there were more people like Logan in business.
