Very satisfied with the all around service, scheduled service, rep showing up on time, and Logan did a great job.
Very pleasant and worked to set up a date that worked for me and my schedule.
I didn't talk to a sales rep, but Logan was a good sales rep as he presented a good case for a dehumidifier and he had one available to install.
Logan was first class and took the time to check my drainage system, liner, service both sump pumps and the moisture levels. He presented me with the moisture issue and with no pressure gave me the right recommendation to solve the issue.

We bought this house four years ago and they had the system installed. I got your service card in the mail and continued the yearly service. This year when Logan gave me the price for the dehumidifier unit I called another company while he was under the house and Frontier was right in line. They gave me a 5% reduction on the price and Logan had one in the truck to install. I can't say enough about how Logan handled himself. It's not only the product that you sale, but the people that are on the frontline that interacts with the customer. He is a great representation of Frontier and who you guys are. I appreciate him being on time, he communicated very well, took his time to service my equipment, and gave me a good recommendation on what I needed to solve my moisture issue.
