Paul Gentine made the initial contact with me. He was very informative and very thorough in explaining all aspects of what all Frontier Basement is capable of doing. He spoke very conversationally without any pressure. He paused often to allow me to ask questions, and I never felt rushed so that he could move on to the next customer. Paul stayed in touch with me through the encapsulation process and after the project was complete.

I had two members the first day and three on the second day. These guys were well mannered, courteous, and answered my questions when I went into the crawl space and watched them. They were very detailed in the performance of their assigned tasks, and completed the project to my total satisfaction.

The three guys who worked in my crawl space on day 2 also handled the cleanup. Nothing was left for me to do or cleanup after them. I was in the crawl space after the work was done with the individual in charge. We crawled all over the crawl space as he gave me the guided tour of what all was accomplished. Everything was done to my great surprise as I had contracted to have done. These guys literally worked their tails off the entire two days in my crawl space.
