Our experience with each technician and crew over the last couple of years has been great. Our most recent assessment was done by Jason Lovelady. We were very impressed by how thorough he was. He asked questions, listened to responses, took a good look at everything, and ran some test to help determine what our next step(s) would be in waterproofing our storm shelter portion of the basement. We look forward to working with him in the future.
Jennifer was great in coordinating a day & time for our technician to come out as well as giving us a heads up when he was slightly delayed due to an emergency that needed to be addressed. The delay was minimal and did not negatively impact our experience at all.
