When the technician was here, I told him what a great experience we have had with Frontier Basement Systems. I told him that we were very satisfied with what he did at our home and his professional attitude, that we had a great experience last year with the install with Fernando Mendoza and his crew, and that when I speak to Adrienne or anyone else in the office, everyone is so friendly & professional. I told him I don't know if it's their training or just that good, quality people are being hired, but in this day & age, quality customer service and sales are hard to come by. It is always truly a pleasure doing business with Frontier Basement Systems. It is a company that obviously takes "excellence" to heart.
It was the same excellent service I have always received from Frontier Basement Systems - no matter which department I am dealing with - installation, service, administrative.
Everyone I've talked to on the phone has been professional and very courteous.
The technician was very friendly, on time for the appointment, and did a thorough job of explaining to us what he did when he was finished. He also provided us with a quote for a sump pump that he presented at the end when he went over what he did and what he found.
This was simply a 1 year service on the crawl space encapsulation we had installed last June. We were not having any issues. He just came for the annual inspection.
This was a routine service call, but was done professionally.
