Called for appointment for annual inspection last October, but never received a call back.
What made you choose our company:
I met Layne Gebers at a home show in Paducah in 2006 or 2007 and was intrigued by the Crawl Space Encapsulation System. I had my crawl space encapsulated in 2007. However, I continued to have water getting into the space from somewhere, and called FBS for help. Service tech 'John' responded in December and determined a need for some trenching and drainage tile and said he'd send a formal proposal when he got back. By early March I still had not heard from FBS, so I called again. Layne paid a visit on March 17th and designed a fix, which eventually included excavation, perforated pipe, grading, drains and cement, but that took care of the problem, it's been good ever since.
