I went with a well known, professional company because my expectation was that the experience would reflect that. I was correct in doing so.

Professional and friendly.

Informative and knowledegable.

The only difficulty they had was getting their big truck in my very small driveway! The guys were great. Polite and professional.

It was fine. I'd like to make a suggestion. Perhaps in the future you could add a division to your corporation that does cosmetic repairs as part of the process. I would have paid more to have a separate crew come in after the work was completed, redo my paneling and paint and tile. It would be so worth it. Just a suggestion.
