Jay is always up for a new challenge—whether it’s diving into the world of audiobooks or tackling a completely new field of work. With a background as varied as working on a small demolition crew at 19 (talk about breaking barriers… literally), he’s no stranger to rolling up his sleeves and getting things done.

Hailing from Herrando, MS, Jay comes from a family dedicated to helping others—his mom, a retired teacher, and his dad, a behavioral therapist—so it’s no surprise he’s always looking to grow and expand his horizons.

When he’s not at work, you’ll find Jay unwinding with his favorite TV shows, leveling up in video games, or hitting the gym to balance it all out. Whether it’s lifting weights or lifting controllers, Jay knows how to stay in the game!
