Installation crew was dedicated and friendly. Didn't give a perfect score because they damaged flashing under wall base, unsure if they fixed it, and they seemed to not understand how the base of the wall needs to be supported as outlined by our engineers recommendations. I will have to fix the structural support myself since they left 1/2 in gap between support structure and base of the wall. Otherwise the wall will eventually sag. And I hope the there will be no water leakage and wood rot from the damaged flashing. At time of quote, rep said job could be done whether cinder block or poured concrete wall. Wall turned out to be poured concrete. This caused a delay of a month. But the company did the honorable thing and got the right people and things together to get the wall cut and window placed.
