Our Installation Crew

top notch on the piers and installation. likewise, they were professional, informative and extremely courteous! Dalton and his man(apologies for forgetting his name) were also excellent representatives for your company. Both crews were great assets for you and your brand. i would hire them in a second! My issue with your service began and ended with people i never met. Otha, and service manager. Service manager shielded Otha's statements that he had performed all work as stated in contract and agreement drawn up at point of sale. Otha stood by his statement he polyfoamed our north wall abd all designated areas on house map. he in fact did not do north wall, or chimney. i assure you it was no miscommunication issue. one of the first things he told my wife was "we won't have to come inside." There are emails with conversations with Bobbi Joe through this entire process. we were delayed due to mechanical malfunctions of equipment with pier installation, and polyfoam. polyfoam was actually twice. once at original, and second at rework. I also use surveys in my service business. I believe in the information they provide on customer satisfaction. I employ 96 team members in 6 John Deere dealerships. When we have issues with dissatisfied customers, they are prioritized to the upper management and ultimately to me. Their problems are escalated and expedited. i feel the Installation crews (piers, and rework) deserve recognition in your company. As for Otha, I would suggest some more ethical, customer experience and honesty training.

The Cleanup Process

pier crew and rework polyfoam crew were fantastic. Otha's crew managed to leave polyfoam splattered on deck and brick. I had to clean it up. I feel I must tell you this statement has absolutely nothing to do with my dissatisfaction with Otha's claims about the completion of his task. I am better than that.
