1930's style farm house. Half basement/Half crawlspace area that is all dirt (sounds like a tall/big crawlspace). Looks like a huge dug out root cellar. Water is coming in after heavy rains that is causing some moisture. There is a sump pump that is installed, but it is very rusty on the inside. There is a constant musty damp smell in the basement. They bought the home 2011 and have noticed the issues since they bought the home, it looks like it has happened for a long time. here is a wall in the basement/crawl area that is below grade that looks like it is bowing into the basement.
