The gentleman that gave us the estimate didn't make it clear exactly what he was including in the estimate. He left out an area that I wanted done. It turned out ok because he overestimated what would be required to do the other part of the job. I am concerned about that though, because I was told that I needed to pay for any extra material that the workers might need, but that I wouldn't get a refund on the materials they didn't use. I thought that was kind of unfair.
Tristan and his buddy did the very best. They explained what they were doing and why... and did so in such a way that I had no trouble understanding. The arrived on time and were prompt in doing the work.
In general, I had a good feeling about your company. Additionally, your on-line recommendations were as good or better than the competition, and that is what tipped the decision. Thanks for a job very well done. :)
