The human interaction was great at each stage. However we will not know if we are please with the product and work done until we see if it really works - give us a few good rain storms or a sprinkler pipe leak.
Great - no nonsense, clear communication and personable.
What made you choose our company:
Someone suggested we call - can't remember who? We went with you because of the way you handled the calls and appointment process and then ultimately the rep who came to our home. I am sorry I can't remember his name. This survey was very skewed to people and not the finished product. We will not know how you really did until the repair has a good test. We assume the best however and hope it holds for years to come.
