It's a wonderful product and process you have to fix our sunken cement areas. I'm so glad you're out there. What a unique service you are providing. Thank you for being so innovative.
It took a few days for a response to my email requesting a bid, but it all turned out great in how much time was made up for in getting the job done so quickly when we decided to go ahead with it.
Got a crew to us the very day I called. On the ball and friendly.
Good to explain options and how crew would work with us as they went , giving us confidence we could be flexible in what work we wanted actually to be done. Friendly and pleasant.
They were so good to keep at our front walk that wasn't cooperating until they got it to look good. They took extra time to do little adjustments here and there, going the extra mile, to make several different areas blend together better. Stopped on driveway when they saw it wouldn't budge and was cracking up more. Didn't charge for some of the overage that was from the complications that came up as some areas lifted too much and then had to add to other areas to correct it. Friendly and respectful and considerate.
