Apparent (I'm not sure I don't have a pipe broken somewhere.) groundwater pouring into my high water table basement to the rate that my sump pump kicks on every 3 or 4 minutes. This is rare. We had flooding during last heavy winter, but otherwise almost no visible moisture in three years owned by this house. The flow IS entering through a spot in the foundation wall that has been previously patched, so there is the possibility that this patch has just failed.
