Kevin Ries
The Drying Co.
Kevin has been part of The Drying Co team since 2009. Prior to joining the team, he spent 30 years in the construction industry, 20 of which were as a construction supervisor. His extensive knowledge of structures gives him a comprehensive understanding of how a house works as a system, allowing him to assess jobs and develop complete solutions. He is certified through BPI, is a HERS Rater, and continues his education through weatherization classes.
Kevin’s day to day responsibilities focus on communicating effectively with customers and our install teams. He visits job sites, inspects work, addresses any challenges, and gives homeowners job updates. His experience on the job site allows Kevin to assess processes and develop new approaches to be more effective and efficient. By being in the field, he can identify opportunities for improvement and train our team both in the field and at our weekly company meetings.
Some of Kevin’s favorite aspects of his job is getting to meet homeowners and addressing any concerns or questions they may have. He takes pride in ensuring they are 100% satisfied with the work completed at their home and leaving them with a healthier, more comfortable home. He enjoys interacting with the install teams and getting to know them as individuals as well as learning from each other.
In his free time, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, and spending time outdoors.
