On 12/21/2002 Mike O"Bier arrived to perform the maintenance on the dehu unit. He determined that the existing unit (only 1 year + old) was defecitve. He recommended the SaniDry & replaced it very quickly & efficiently. He then proceeded to check the crawl space visually, the condensation pump cleaning & operation, the functioning & battery replacement of the hygrometers & therelatiave humidity of the hygrometer to the dehu. All in all he did a very thorough job & handled it in a highly professional manner. He is a consumate technician and a real asset to The Drying Company. Compared to the company that the builder had recommended for the new construction job, your firm is definitely superior to your competition & as a former customer for many years I've recommended you highly when asked about basement encapsulation work. Mike O'Bier is one good reason for my endorsement of the company.
