Sean Andrade came out to complete installation of French drain system by installing missing debris cleanout traps. He was excellent and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and happy. In addition to the traps, he noticed that the Triple Safe sump pump system installed by NV a couple of weeks prior was running constantly. He indicated that was a problem and checked it. He found the problem and made corrections that allowed the pump to cycle properly. I was very impressed with his knowledge, ability to explain how things work and his customer service. He addressed all my concerns and explained everything. I was fortunate Sean was assigned to make the corrections and I will ask for him specifically the next time I need service.
