Triplesafe Sump Pump issues. I would like to thank NV Water Proofing for sending Brandon Hernandez to evaluate and repair my TripleSafe Sump Pump System. Brandon did such a great job and was quick and efficient. Also, my Sump Pump System is cleaner now than it was before Brandon came! Brand’s knowledge and professionalism were bar none. Brandon explained and demonstrated every facet of the system once it was repaired and gave me helpful suggestions on what to look for to make sure my system lasts a long time. I would also like to point out that I am hearing impaired and without me telling Mr. Hernandez he recognized my disability a spoke in a loud clear manner during his entire visit. He made sure to keep good eye contact and made sure I understood every word he was saying especially when it came to how to operate my now fully functioning TripleSafe Sump Pump System…We would recommend to anyone looking to have their Sump Pump system replaced and or an initial installation done by NV Water Proofing.
