I NEVER got to speak to ANY SUPERVISOR. Maybe requested to speak to SUPERVISOR by calls, texts, outreach, emails. Never happened.
Very professional and know what they are doing.
Very informative. HOWEVER, every time I asked him to get me his Supervisor, he WOULD NOT. He did get the foundation type incorrect initially, and the whole project changed last minute.
Very good and I watched them work their butts off. My old drywall and framing was incorrectly thrown away, that was a little pricey with no reimbursement, just an apology, AND two issues were not resolved. The bulkhead drainage and the way the pipe would come out to the street. But the Crew was top notch.
Very clean from start to finish. They protected everything. They even took away the materials I wanted to keep. Some of the work dried messy, and I was bummed to find out they left my drywall hanging 16 inches off the floor. I had to hire another company to come rescue and reframe and cover. That cost me another $3,000
I am upset that the drain pipe for my sump pump is facing the sky. I was told it would face down the incline of the street from my lawn. I also was told that the bulkhead doorway would have a drain on it, and it still collects water from the foundation UP. The attempts to ask the Project Manager or Supervisor to come talk to me at the various stages of the process and AFTER went unheard. I was called by the salesperson over and over and even asked the sales person to PLEASE GET ME THE SUPERVISOR. It never happened. I did also have to call to have the Warranty paperwork corrected. They told me 5 years, sold me 5 years, but my paperwork was written as only a 1 year warranty. They DID address and correct that. I would not recommend them, but I would recommend the crew. The sales person was on his game for sure, but after the pitch and the contract I was left hanging with no UPPER MANAGEMENT CONTACTING MY CONCERNS.
