What made you choose our company:

Fortress had the best of three (3) estimates and their proposal seemed more realistic and logical. The crew comprised Foreman Jeremy Reed, Co-Foreman Copeland and Installer Donta. The crew was most conscientious of their work making triple certain everything was done properly to manage water coming into the basement. They installed Dry-Track around the entire inside perimeter of the basement to channel the water into a sump pump which in-turn will pump the water out of the basement. They also installed steel braces to hold and support the cinder block wall. The steel braces will be adjusted annually over the next three (3) years. I am totally happy with the completed basement solution and I highly recommend Fortress and it's crew of Jeremy, Copeland and Donta! By the way, I live out of town and Jeremy was most professional in communicating with me and keeping me in the loop. Thanks!
