You are specialists and know what needs to be done and how to do it. Your costs are very fair and manageable, which is so helpful and important in an often very upsetting situation that requires repair. There were no hidden fees or changing of costs. Fortress has a lot of integrity and transparency. I like that. Someone else had estimated 3-4 weeks of labor and over $30,000 more than Fortress quoted. That was the difference between being able to afford a newer car or not. You all are godsends.
