The job was explained by Chris Guill. The Crew came in a professional manner and did exactly what was initially explained to us.
Very professional and easy to reach when needed.
Very professional and knowledgeable. Not pushy. Allowed us to make our own decisions. Was not forceful, but respectful.
Awesome! They did what they were supposed to do according to contract specs.The Foreman was Cope. The rest of the crew consisted of K'rell, Rick and Jeremy. They were quiet in their conversations while working. Did a professional job. Worked steadily until the job was complted.Worked in a very professional manner. We were impressed at the speed of which they accomplished the job and the neatness of their work. After the job was completed, Cope walked us through the job and explained any questions that we had. He was was not rushed with his responses.
They cleaned up what they did. The remaining items or disturbance was from what we, as the client did. No complaints from us.

What made you choose our company:
We saw the TV advertisements. We had spoken to another client of FFS. We had looked at the work in a home that was done by FFS. We felt like we had done our research and we were ready to make a decision. "We needed to make a decision". We had contacted other companies, but chose FFS because we actually saw their work first-hand and liked what we saw. Now, we are confident that we will have a dry basement when there is severe weather. For that, we are grateful.
