This is tough. Everything about this process was more professional than expected. The only thing that fell short was the actual solution which didn't really remedy our problem and there was some lack of clarity on the work to be performed at the quoted rate

the efficiency and professionalism of all correspondence and follow up was far better than expected

Again, tough here because heading into this I would have absolutely given Corey a 5. However, a fairly significant line item was not fully understood and the result of the work agreed to at the price did not increase the heat/comfort level for the space discussed

I wasnt there but everything seemed timely and clean
