I have a similar problem like Josh comment. When it rains for a prolonged period of time, water leaks throuh foundation plate into a small area by the walk out entrance door. It seems to be leaking from weeping holes or well under the ground. I am interested in finding out how to get this fixed. The leak is located to that small area.
