I have two, one, my sump pump float is "stuck", the pump remains on at all times, need that repaired or replaced. The second is potentially worse, I have an I-beam running the length of the basement, it has two steel columns supporting the main floor. One of the columns has slipped and twisted... approximately 10-15% of the top of the column is no longer under the I-beam and the holding clips have slipped as well.
