Comment: Our daylight basement has a crack in an exterior concrete wall which leaks during heavy rains, probably about one gallon or so during one night of heavy rain, but doesn't leak at all during light rain. The floor in that part of the house is about 3 feet below ground level, we think it may have been a crawlspace once
There's no drywall covering that wall, but the interior has a few layers of concrete and wood so it's hard to tell exactly how to seal it from the inside. The crack is visible from the outside, and we can dig out the space around it. Presently we have a drainpipe right next to that wall which we can move out of the way before the estimate if that's necessary.
