Our Overall Service

A few problems with the awning. Ordered in April, finally installed in Sept. Two days after installation motor went bad. Motor was finally replaced after 1 month. Lights were also "out". Still waiting for replacement. Some of these things might be out of your control, but still, now waiting 7 months for a fully operational awning.

What made you choose our company:

We had a lift and level on our driveway in June and had absolutely no problems. Things moved quick and the job was done. Jay Miller was out here looking at what I thought was not a "level" situation on 10/19. He said that it does need to be re-addressed. Still waiting for a call back. Your company does seem to do good work, but follow-up situations can be better handled by keeping customer more in the loop and following up on items when needed.
