Comment: My basement sees a small amount of water whenever it rains. It's not a huge problem since there are multiple drains in the basement floor for water to exit. However, I'd like to prevent a wet floor in the basement each time it rains.

Comment: I recently bought a home that was built in 1927. It sets on a hill. The basement had some work done to it at some point, with a second wall built to support the old foundation. It appears to have a spring above it, with a constant flow of water at the base of this reconstruction. The water runs underneath the slab and comes out at a step down parallel to that back wall. The basement is approximately 25' wide.

Comment: Wet basement....has old perimeter channels for directing water to floor drains, but the intrusion is getting worse....old cinderblock/fake stone look from the 20s-30s....very porous....not sure if we can seal it well.
