I USED SURE DRY BASEMENT SYSTEMS IN MY OLD HOUSE. I BUILT A NEW HOUSE AND WANTED TO INSTALL SURE DRY BASEMENT SYSTEMS WHILE THE HOUSE WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION. THE CONTRACTOR TALKED ME OUT OF IT SINCE "HE NEVER HAD A BASEMENT LEAK"...WELL WE WERE THE FIRST ONE APPARENTLY...SO I HAD IT DONE AFTER THE HOUSE WAS CONSTRUCTED. LIVE AND LEARN I GUESS...IF YOU'RE BUILDING A HOUSE...GET SURE DRY INSTALLED WHILE THE HOUSE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION....NUMBER ONE IT WILL SAVE YOU MONEY AND NUMBER TWO YOUR BASEMENT FLOOR WILL NOT HAVE TO BE BUSTED UP AFTER IT'S IN.
