We were very pleased with Allan W. and the service he provided. He reassured us that he would help us with our primary issue which was replacing a sump pump, and also offered to do an evaluation of our basement while he was there. He was very personable and wasn’t pushy about upselling us on things we weren’t interested in. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what issues we were having and how they could be resolved. Overall, I highly recommend Allan and trust that he has our best interest in mind. Thank you for your time and your quality service!
