I reached out to Sure Dry one day to have my main beam repaired and floors leveled and a day later I already had an appointment scheduled for Jeremy to come out and give me an estimate/plan on how to fix my issue. Jeremy was very knowledgeable on the Smart Jack system and explained the install and what to expect. I dragged me feet a bit and finally scheduled/agreed to the proposal. About two months later Ryan's install crew arrived and completed the repair by installing 3 Smart Jacks in around 3 hours and did an excellent job! The crew left the job site pretty clean after the repair. The floors over the affected area now feel much more solid and doesn't creak as much as they used to and the crack in my drywall even closed a bit. Even my closet in my bathroom finally latches! Overall Sure Dry was a great company to work with and I'm highly satisfied with their work and would recommend them to others.
