Gave me all the options to keep my basement dry and let me choose. Did not pressure or tell me what I "needed" to have done. Also informed me that if I wanted to do more at a later date, this would not be a problem.

What cleanup? I thought that I was going to have a lot of dirt & dust, but you could not see any difference in my basement area. Great job!
