I was very impressed with your companies communication from the very beginning. I received several calls from Jim. When I recieved my packet, which is way above the norm, it had a highlighted sticker on it that layed out the time when Jim and Andy were coming for the estimate. They texted when they were leaving and called when they were close as I was running home form work. Yesterday there was a glitch where Sean had to run to Milwaukee for the new generator. The guys still came out later in the day as I had taken the day off work (not easy for me) to be home when they came. Very nice! Finally, I have recommended you to ****** ****** in Stevens Point, a co-worker who has the same issue with his porch slab dropping and the brick mortar cracking. He will be calling you soon. Thanks,
