Was not aware that my egress window cover was not going to be hinged to my house - based on estimate visit, that was my expectation. We had requested a grey window well, not tan. My wife pointed it out after installation and I looked and found that it was not written up on the contract. Still happy with end product, but an unfortunate miscommunication? Both were disappointing, but we are happy with the end result.
Quick with emails and returning phone messages.
Specific details of end product not clarifies well (see "overall satisfaction").
Incredibly quick. Polite, clean, and professional.
Amazed at their ability to contain concrete dust to avoid covering rest of basement!
Caulking job looks rushed. 1 nail awkwardly sticks our of middle of the window frome.
Arrived earlier than expected, but I was ready, so no concern.

Dealt with my dad's inquisition and oversight of the project very well. :)
What made you choose our company:
Close estimate to competitors with like products; offered to match competitor's estimate. Would have liked an option to pay in installments for such a costly job, but was prepared for the cost in advance. (Didn't know anything about financing until looking at the website tabs just now.)
