My initial call to you company set the positive tone that would follow thru the entire repair process.... You have great people working for you!!
Your office staff was extremely helpful and easy to talk to. They answered all of our questions, or got us to the person who could. Always professional and very accommodating.
Joe Paraso is a WONDERFUL asset to your company. He was so thorough and patient in explaining everything. It was his honesty and overall commitment to us and to the quality of work that would be performed by your company that made us decide to go with Badger for this job. We definately made the right choice.
Your installation crew was FANTASTIC. Polite, efficient, and so very careful not to cause any damage when bringing in or taking out equipment or materials. They took unbelievable care not to soil our living room carpet by placing sheets on the floor to walk on. They deserve a 10!!!!
Every day, your installation crew made sure things were tidy before they left. But on the last day, it is unbelievable how clean everything was left. The basement was spotless. Paul finished the job himself, on that last day, and did an outstanding job. Kudos to him and thanks for all of his hard work.
What made you choose our company:
We were looking for pre-purchase [of a house] "free" estimates on foundation repair. I did some research on line and found Badger. I saw that you had a very good rating with the BBB and I also checked into that a bit further. What I found was that you were in excellent standing, that gave us peace of mind from the onset of this entire project. When I called, your office staff was so friendly and understanding of what our needs were and the time constraints as far as needing to get the estimate timely due to having to coordinate an offer to purchase on the property. We had a total of 4 estimates done and between the extreme honesty and helpfulness of your salesman Joe, and the fair cost offered by him [your company], it was an easy choice to make. And we are very glad we did... Thank you to all who had a hand in making this a positive experience for us.
