As the Owner, I had spent a lot of money on a "complete waterproofing system" for my basement in 2010. I had the wall tiles, new septic, new dehumidifier, and wall coverage. Every year I had my System serviced to comply with the warranty. I just had my System serviced for the yearly service on August 31, 2022. It was the FIRST time my basement system had been flushed. I know this because my value to be used for flushing the System was cemented shut from the new basement floor installed in 2010. Bill Hammer (Service Technician) had to scrap cement off to open it. I was amazed at the COMPLETE System check that has been today for the first time. I recommend Bill Hammer for all service checks if you want them completed correctly and accurately. He arrived at 11 am and didn't leave until 12:30 because he needed to do the job right!!! Thank you, Bill, for your work ethic and for being a loyal employee at Badger Basement Systems Inc.
