Chris presented what we should be doing very simple so we could understand and it was comforting to know he had done all this work himself previously....he wasn't just a salesman that only knew one end.

Jake was a very nice young man. Such a good worker!

There was no mess for me to clean up. Drop clothes were used all the way down the stairs.
