Our Overall Service
Badger systems we couldn't be more happier with. Every time our service tech Gary comes out, he's extremely friendly, helpful on any questions we had (specially since we are first time home buyers) and even gave suggestions on what to do for future plans for the basement and the flooding issues we had. We also love the fact they keep the same tech coming to our house.
Responsiveness
The business always responds in a quick manner. Either by email response or calling back when I've left a voicemail.
