Bill Hammer called, came to my home to do regular maintenance on my sump pump and installed a new backup battery. He has been here before and he is the absolute best service technician s and that is why I request him. He goes above and beyond what needs to be done. I can ask him anything and he is always willing and able to answer anything I ask him about. His kindness, how he interacts with the customer and just being a good person is what everyone wants when someone comes to your home for service. He is a valuable employee for your company and I hope he is around for a long time. Thank you Bill. You made the rest of my day so much better.
