This process works! It saves all the money it would have cost to replace the steps and patio.
Thanks to everyone involved!!

Comment: "Using the lifting process instead of replacing all my concrete or using "mud jacking" was the best resolution to the problems I had. It worked very well. It was pretty cool to watch too. I like that the bore holes are small and aren't all that noticeable. Much better then the large ones left after mud jacking. "

Comment: "All appointments were kept within the time frame given me."
My job involved lifting the front approach steps to my house. They had sunk to the point of being a code violation and I want to sell the house. My patio had sunk significantly also. Everything was lifted to my satisfaction.
All appointments were kept within the time frame given me.
The salesperson, Tom Laufenberg, knew the product and the process. He assured me that they could lift my steps and patio to my satisfaction.
I hung out with these guys the whole time they worked. When they arrived and looked at the job they assured me they could get things back to acceptable. They took their time and the cold weather seemed to affect the process. Everything turned out very well.
Since they left things looking better then when they first got there, I have no complaints.
A friend had some concrete lifted and suggested I at least have them take a look. I watch videos on the lifting process and it looked doable. I did have 2 concrete guys give me estimates on replacing the steps and patio. Both suggested I get it lifted because the concrete was in good shape. I am very glad I had this done vs. the cost of replacing the concrete.
