Comment: Basement leaked twice since I've owned my house in 3 years. Got home from The Weeknd and there was water down there. It seemed to come from where the floor meets the wall. I need to know if it is fixable so it does not happen again and a price on that, thank you!

Comment: Looking at the triple sump pump system. Can I have someone come out and give me a free consultation? Had water in my basement after recent heavy rains on August 26-28. I get a lot of groundwater in the sump despite having good surface water drainage away from the home.. Sump pump ran every 11 seconds before failing and battery backup could not keep up. Denis

Comment: I have a sump pit, however, there is only one drain tile that leads into it and little to no water empties from the drain tile into the pit. However, water will seep into the pit through the slits in the side of the pit. I do get water up thru the cracks in the floor with a wet spring or if we get 2-3" of rain in a short time period. I'm thinking if the floor was cut in the basement and drain tile ran to the sump pit, most of the problems would disappear.
