Comment: The whole basement floods when it rains along the bottom of the walls - I have to constantly shop vaccuum the water all up every couple hours. No sump pump - thinking one needs to be installed or some sort of drain system so that I can eventually finish my basement.

Comment: After the heavy rain we received throughout the summer months, our sump pump has been cycling a lot. After troubleshooting everything else, it appears that we may very well have a situation where the water table has risen permanently. This has caused a constant flow of water into the sump pit and thus the constant running of the pump. We have already replaced the other pump as it failed and we would like to prevent the current pump from failing as well due to overuse.

Comment: I have a basement systems sump pump. I know we had a lot of rain but it has been running for 6 days now. It turns on about every 4 minutes. Not sure what it could be but it doesn't sound like it is supposed to be pumping every 4 minutes

Comment: Looking at adding tile drain system around the interior of the basement to existing sump pump on east side of basement. Newer part of basement sometimes leaks where foundation meets the floor all around when get very heavy rainfall. I would like a to know if your company does that and if so can give me an estimate of what it would cost to do so. Size is 13'on East side, 20' on West side, and length is 29'. The east and west measurements are approximate as some of floor is behind drywall/under stair landing.
